Health in Balance Physical Therapy, LLC is located on the lower level of the Riversite Building, at the southeast corner of Mequon Road and Cedarburg Road (Hwy 57) in Mequon.

From Mequon Road (heading east), turn right into the driveway of the Riversite Building. Make an immediate left to head down to the lower level of the building. We are on the south end of the building facing Mequon Road (near the wheelchair ramp). We're under the Riversite Restaraunt.

Hours are 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday-Thursday and 7:00 am - 3:00 pm on Friday by appointment.  We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
