Fitness Equipment

We have a variety of fitness equipment available to help you reach your fitness goals, including ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent bikes, free weight equipment, weight machines, cable machines, wide variety of levels of resistance equipment, stretching room with mats, foam rolls and other flexibility equipment, kickboxing bags, TRX, ropes, tire, and other work reconditioning heavy equipment.

Fitness Rates

Gym Membership - $35/month
Includes use of all fitness equipment during regular business hours

Yoga Unlimited Package with Gym Membership - $80/month
Includes all yoga classes plus use of all fitness equipment during regular business hours

Group Private Training (3 members max) - $90/session

Private Partner Training - $70/session

 

Group Fitness Classes

Cycling with Sharon - Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 PM
Join us for a 45 minute mixed level cycling class set to fun music to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises as you get your sweat on!

Cycling Interval with Sharon - Tuesdays at 5:45 AM
JJoin us for a 60 minute mixed level cycling and strength class to improve strength and cardiovascular health all in one workout. This class is a great cardiovascular and strength workout on and off the bike. Pedal through challenging drills and exercises, then hop off and work through strength training interval circuits.

Cycling and Core with Sharon - Thursday at 5:45 AM
Join us for a 45 minute mixed level cycling and core class. This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs and sprints and finish the last 15 minutes with a great core workout to balance out your 45 min cycle.

Chair Strength with Adam - Mondays at 10 AM
This low impact class targets strength and gentle cardio. Participants are seated for a majority of the class but also use the chair as a balance prop for standing movements.

Circuit Strength Training Classes held ongoing throughout the year, call for details on current class.

Health In Balance Fitness Instructors

Sharon Memmel, Group Fitness Instructor

You may be familiar with Sharon as one of the smiling faces that greets you as you enter Health In Balance. Did you know Sharon is also a NASM certified personal trainer as well as a seasoned group exercise instructor?

She has an extensive background with various group exercise formats and numerous certifications. Her goal for her classes is to create a positive, enjoyable experience for all fitness levels while offering a safe and effective workout.


Adam Beth, Personal Trainer

Adam is our ACE certified personal trainer that graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. Prior to personal training at Health In Balance, Adam worked for and managed a gym in West Bend, WI for over 5 years. He has worked at Health In Balance for over 2 years and has over 4 years of personal training experience.

During this time, Adam has worked with everyone from high school athletes to post-therapy patients. He has always had a passion for fitness, staying healthy, and is determined to help others who want to follow that path.
