Qualifications should include:

• Licensed DPT with a strong work ethic, ability to self manage and self motivate to achieve both team and individually set goals

• Ability to provide high quality, skilled patient care, consistent productivity, compliant documentation and marketing of both the organization as well as themselves as an individual provider based on the specialty skills they have to offer

• Ability to connect and identify with a diverse population who have limitations and pain and varied treatment needs

• Good communication skills

• Comfortable with a consistent analysis of personal productivity and the implementation of strategies for improvement when necessary

• Strong time management and multitasking skills
